Accompanied by their professional mentors, 45 coordinators from the ten branches of the rapidly growing EnerJew youth movement in the FSU convened last week on the outskirts of Vilna, Latvia, for an unforgettable three day International Seminar. Â
Throughout the seminar, consisting of classes, workshops, lectures and dynamic brainstorming sessions – the young coordinators learned how to create professional activity programs, overcome difficulties, cooperate, communicate within a team and motivate youngsters to reconnect to their Jewish roots.
As the seminar ended, the coordinators expressed their gratitude to the FJC, the Finger family foundation and the Jewish Agency for creating this wonderful opportunity for them to become acquainted with their peers and enjoy such professional guidance.Â
