After half a year of preparations, hundreds of teen-age girls in more than 20 locations – are now celebrating their big-day together with their “”Bat Mitzvah Club”. An especially exciting event took place in Bryansk.

The grand Bat Mitzvah party in Bryansk, Russia, a splendid example out of more than 20 similar clubs, took place in the beautiful “Melnitza” restaurant and was participated by the girls and their families.

A wonderful and exciting program awaited the participants, which included an original play, special speeches by parents, dignitaries and each of the Bat Mitzvah girls, certificates and prizes, unique Bat Mitzvah presents, songs, dancing and live music and a special dinner.

One mother concluded: “Up till today, I did not know what to tell my daughter when she asked me what it means to be Jewish? Today we both know and we are proud of our roots!”

Two very lucky girls won tickets to Israel and will participate in a special Bat Mitzvah journey together with other girls from the other clubs throughout the CIS.
